Vital Signs of Faith: Learning how to Nurture your Spiritual Life

Vital Signs of Faith is a Lenten retreat with the Very Rev. Kate Moorehead Carroll, co-sponsored by St. Luke’s Episcopal Church and St. Mark’s Episcopal Church.

Americans know how to care for our physical bodies. We know to go to the doctor, how to exercise, and eat right. But how do we care for ourselves spiritually? Join Dean Kate as she guides you through an exploration of what it looks like for you to be spiritually healthy. What is the best way for you to pray given your nature? How do you find spiritual fulfillment and how can you best discern God’s will for your life? This retreat will give you the tools to care for yourself in new and exciting ways.

The Very Rev. Kate Moorehead Carroll is the 10th Dean of St. John’s Cathedral, Jacksonville, Florida.
