2021 Parish

October 1-3

Friday evening-Sunday morning

On Saturday morning we will enjoy hearing from guest speaker, The Rev. Dr. Nathan Jennings, Professor of Liturgics and Anglican Studies and Director of Community Worship at Seminary of the Southwest in Austin. Dr. Jennings will lead us in a discussion on liturgy and the Body of Christ.

Questions we will explore together include, what does it mean for us to have been physically separated during the pandemic, and what does the future of our liturgy and worship look like?

We will enjoy a hayride and bonfire with s’mores on Saturday night. On Sunday morning we will have a closing Eucharist as a parish family before packing up and leaving camp.

You will also have time to take advantage of all activities at Camp Capers such as swimming, the ropes course, basketball courts, walking trails, and more.

Congratulations to those who have been
baptized since June 2021!
