Have you been looking for a way to spend some quiet time with God? A way to be intentional with your thoughts and calm your body and mind? Our Thursday Meditation Group might be for you! Every week a group gathers to hear a reflection led by one of the participants (devotional, bible passage, poetry, and more), followed by 20-25 minutes of quiet meditation, and concluding with prayer. Those who are new to meditation are welcome.
On the first Thursdays of the month the group will be meeting in-person in the Large Conference Room at 10 am. All other Thursday meetings take place via Zoom at 9 am.
