Michaela also manages the calendars for the Clergy and handles requests regarding the Church calendar/reserving Church facilities. She is the point of contact for any changes to family status; births, deaths, address changes, and updating family information in the St. Luke’s system.

Organist & Choir Director

Your contact for choral and organ support.
Russell directs the St. Luke’s Parish Choir and leads the Children’s Chorister Program. He also promotes the thriving choral tradition of St. Luke’s through varying concert series and community performances.

Daniel Kittrell
Director of Communications and Youth Coordinator

Your contact for communication at St. Luke’s. Sending out the weekly E-news, publishing Tidings, and updating the website to keep you informed of events and gatherings at the Church. Daniel is also your contact for youth group and other youth related activities. 


Jill Martinez
Administrative Assistant
to Christian Formation

Your contact for christian support for families with infants through 5th grade. Ann supports growth in these young hearts through baptism, first communion, age appropriate Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, Parent’s Night Out, and family centered groups like the Holy Strollers. Ann also handles childcare requests for St. Luke’s sponsored events.

Dave Thomas
Parish Administrator

Your contact for financial support to St. Luke’s Episcopal Church. Dave is available to answer questions about your pledge status and  donations. He also manages, and works with the Vestry, to follow the budget of the Church. Dave oversees and facilitates the contracts for the indoor and outdoor Columbariums at St. Luke’s Church.

Rhonda Jordan
Parish Secretary

Your contact for additional financial support. Rhonda works directly with Dave and can also assist in answering questions about your pledge status and donations. Rhonda is the point of contact to give altar flowers on Sunday mornings. She also maintains the St. Luke’s Prayer List and supports the pastoral care efforts of the Clergy.

Joseph Degollado
Facilities Manager

Your contact for facility support for both the Church and School. Joseph actively maintains the building and grounds of St. Luke’s Church and School. He also supervises a team of sextons in event set-up/take down and cleaning of the building.

The St. Luke’s Vestry

The mission of the Vestry is to partner with the Rector to discern the will of God for the future of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church & School. The Vestry meets monthly, and is divided into three committees to do the work they have been given to do: Buildings & Grounds, Administration (including finance) and Mission. 

On Sunday, January 22nd, 2017, the following people were elected to serve three year terms on the Vestry: Steve McAllister, Marie Morgan, Brandon Hudson, Robin Newman, and Margaret Kelley. They join the currently serving members of the Vestry: Heather Shipley, Denise Powers, Melissa Priest, Howard Lutz, Hollis MacDonald, Doug Walton, Lindsay Bagby, Suzette Harris, David Cotton, Bill Goetz – Treasurer.

The Rector appointed Denise Powers to serve as Senior Warden during 2017. The Vestry generally meets on the third Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m in the Large Conference Room.
