Your contact for scheduling baptisms, confirmations, marriages, and funeral services. Ilya maintains the St. Luke’s Prayer List and supports the pastoral care efforts of the Clergy. She is the point of contact for any changes to family status; births, deaths, address changes, and updating family information in the St. Luke’s system. 

 

Ilya also manages the calendars for the Clergy and handles requests regarding the Church calendar/reserving Church facilities.

The St. Luke’s Vestry

The mission of the Vestry is to partner with the Rector to discern the will of God for the future of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church & School. The Vestry meets monthly, and is divided into three committees to do the work they have been given to do: Buildings & Grounds, Administration (including finance) and Mission. 

The Vestry includes: Denise Powers (Senior Warden), Steve McAllister (Junior Warden), Bill Bangert (Treasurer), Lindsay Bagby, David Cotton, Suzette Harris, Will Holshouser, Brandon Hudson, Margaret Kelley, Howard Lutz, Seth McCabe, Mike McMillan, Marie Morgan, Robin Newman, Melissa Priest, Heather Shipley, Roger Thurmond, and Renee Wright.
