Glenn also is a leader in Mission City Missions, an organization that seeks to provide an affordable mission experience to churches  in the San Antonio area.

The St. Luke’s Vestry

 
The mission of the Vestry is to partner with the Rector to discern the will of God for the future of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church & School. The Vestry meets monthly, and is divided into three committees to do the work they have been given to do: Buildings & Grounds, Administration (including finance) and Mission. 

On Sunday, January 22nd, 2017, the following people were elected to serve three year terms on the Vestry: Steve McAllister, Marie Morgan, Brandon Hudson, Robin Newman, and Margaret Kelley. They join the currently serving members of the Vestry: Heather Shipley, Denise Powers, Melissa Priest, Howard Lutz, Hollis MacDonald, Doug Walton, Lindsay Bagby, Suzette Harris, David Cotton, Bill Goetz – Treasurer.

 
The Rector appointed Denise Powers to serve as Senior Warden during 2017. The Vestry generally meets on the third Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m in the Large Conference Room.
